For fixed shipping rate of $20, including materials (which is built into the cost of an HVT Grub Club membership; details coming soon!), we ship year-round to all the zones that UPS Ground covers with a 1, 2, 3-day area from Kingston, NY.
On the map below (on a mobile device) or to the right (on a full screen), all the yellow and brown areas are available at that rate, and most of the green (like Iowa and Florida), but others (like Colorado) take longer; feel free to shoot us an email and we can tell you which category yours falls in.
Winter perks!: When forecasts are below freezing, these parameters expand and we can ship anywhere across the whole northern U.S. at the fixed rate.
If you are elsewhere in the western or southern U.S./not in wintertime (for example, to Los Angeles), shoot us an email for your shipping rate!
Also, if you would like a different combination of tempeh varieties than the ones offered on the site, send us a message after you place your order, and we will gladly make it happen.
NOTE: Product will be shipped frozen and will arrive partially defrosted. It must be frozen or refrigerated upon receipt.
Local delivery and pickup available if you live in or near the Hudson Valley.

We use only organic ingredients: Organic beans (depending on variety), apple cider vinegar, starter culture (rhizopus oligosporus, rice powder). (The amount of rice amounts to literally one tiny speck per brick- less than one grain).

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (this may be limited during a holiday week).

We ship from Kingston, NY via UPS Ground to many U.S. states (see map at top) and charge a flat rate of $20, which includes our environmentally-friendly shipping materials.

We ship with environmentally friendly materials—recyclable paper-based insulators and EcoDrain gel packs that can be cut open and the contents put right down the drain, once defrosted.
