Tempeh ships frozen and may arrive partially thawed. Keep frozen or refrigerated on receipt; instructions included.
*Certain zip codes of PA, VT and NH are not accessible for 1-day ground and may need to ship via FedEx Ground for $35. Email us or we’ll reach out to you if this is the case after your order.

We use only organic ingredients: Organic beans (depending on variety), apple cider vinegar, starter culture (rhizopus oligosporus, rice powder). (The amount of rice amounts to literally one tiny speck per brick- less than one grain).

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (this may be limited during a holiday week).

We ship from Kingston, NY via UPS Ground or FedEx to states in the continental U.S. We charge a flat rate of $25 per box, which includes our environmentally-friendly shipping materials.
NOTE: Product will be shipped frozen and will arrive partially defrosted. It must be frozen or refrigerated upon receipt.

We ship with environmentally friendly materials—recyclable paper-based insulators and EcoDrain gel packs that can be cut open and the contents put right down the drain, once defrosted.
